General Provisions
This Public Offer ("Offer") governs your use of the Codex Key service ("Service"), accessible at codexkey.ru. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Offer in full.
Service Description
Codex Key provides prepaid API proxy access to third-party AI models (OpenAI and compatible). The Service operates as a gateway: user requests are routed to upstream providers via a transport-node infrastructure, and responses are returned to the user. The Service does not create, train, or host AI models itself.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. Codex Key makes no guarantees regarding uptime, response times, accuracy of results, or uninterrupted operation. The Service may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions at any time.
Pricing
Current pricing is displayed in your dashboard and on the landing page. RUB/USD exchange rates, the tariff grid and model coefficients may change. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Payments & Refunds
The Service operates on a prepaid model. You must maintain a positive token balance to make API requests. Refund terms are described in a separate document — the "Refund Policy".
Data Handling
The Service stores only request metadata: model used, token counts, cost, status. Content of API requests and responses is not logged. You are solely responsible for the data you transmit through the Service and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and upstream provider terms.
Account Termination
Codex Key reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of this Offer or abusive behavior, without prior notice. In case of termination for cause, any remaining balance is non-refundable. To request account deletion, contact support@codexkey.ru.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, to distribute harmful content, to circumvent upstream provider restrictions, to degrade the Service for other users, or to resell access without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codex Key's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. The Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
