General Provisions
This Privacy Policy describes what data Codex Key (the "Service") collects, how it is used and protected when you use codexkey.ru.
What Data We Collect
1) Account data: email, password (stored as a cryptographic hash), preferred language, display currency. 2) Billing information: top-up amounts, payment provider transaction ids, operation status. The Service does not store card or wallet details — they are processed by payment providers. 3) API request metadata: model, input/output token counts, token cost, status, timestamp. Request and response content is not logged or analyzed. 4) Technical data: IP address, browser type, timestamps — used for abuse prevention and service operation.
Processing Purposes
Data is processed to provide API access, correctly debit tokens, process payments, secure user accounts, fulfil obligations to the user, and comply with applicable law.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share data only with the following categories of recipients: — Payment providers (to process transactions). — Upstream AI model providers (to route requests). — Government authorities, strictly where required by law. The Service does not share or sell your data to advertising networks.
Cookies & Analytics
The site uses only functional cookies required for login and to remember your language and currency preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
Retention & Deletion
Account data and request metadata are retained until you delete your account. Deletion requests should be sent to support@codexkey.ru. After confirmation, the account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain (billing documents — 5 years under applicable tax law).
User Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent for processing, and delete your account. Send requests to support@codexkey.ru.
Security
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. API keys are encrypted server-side. Connections are protected by TLS. However, absolute security on the public Internet is not possible — users are responsible for the hygiene of their own credentials.
